一、產品概述(Product overview)：

◆強滲透力蒸汽可快速軟化鞋面。

The steam can easy to fotenten the upper.
◆氣動按摩錘適合各種型體的鞋面，快速振動碾壓，以消除鞋面上的皺紋。

The Pneumatic massage is suit for all kinds of upper and can eliminate the winkle quickly.
◆本機型結合蒸汽、繃緊、震動按摩為一體，軟化并擠壓鞋面，以消除鞋面褶皺，該機配置四蒸汽頭、8個伸展式楦頭，以保證靴面曲線更加完美，適用于男女鞋類鞋面的平、整、伏、實工序。

The machine combine with the steam,vibration,battle in one,softten and squeeze the upper in order to elimminate the winkle,machine have double steam head,eight extended last to make the curve of the boot perfect.
◆本機型改變傳統工人（單頭）手持方式，成為八工位，省力、省時、操作方便、快捷，提高生產效率。

三、機器運輸和搬運The machine transportation and handling

1、關于這種機器安全預防問題的最重要的三個方面就是：機器的搬運、機器的使用、機器的維護。

2、為了使這個機器的使用盡可能的安全和簡便，我們已將機體分解捆綁于木板上。在使用提升工具和運輸工具（如叉車、吊車）進行搬運的時候，必須保持捆綁部件平穩、無晃動；

3、提升工具和運輸工具（如鋼繩等）應有足夠力量承受貨物；

4、嚴禁提升時捆綁部件發生傾斜。

5、我們強烈要求要由一個專業、有經驗的起重機司機來操作起重機完成機器的搬運。請盡可能慢地提起機器，保證運輸區域內沒有可能會碰撞到機器的人或物品。

6、在機器的底部留出一個位置來伸入叉車叉子，消除了使用叉車運輸過程中機器不平穩產生的危險。我們強烈要求叉車司機同樣很專業和有經驗。

7、叉車伸入機器底部之前請把叉車兩個叉間距離調到最大的位置，以防止機器往一邊倒；把機器盡可能地放低，把叉車叉子稍稍往上提一些以防止機器向前倒。盡可能地把叉車開慢一些。

四、安裝與調試（Installation and debugging）：

拆箱后請按裝箱單進行零件清點，參照調整示意圖進行安裝調試：

1、以下電器、機械安裝調試，應由合格施工人員進行，確認后方可投入生產。

The following electrical appliances, machinery installation, should be carried out by qualified construction personnel, confirmed rear can put into production

2、當機器移動到確定位置后，調整并使機器處于水平。

After the machine moves to determine its location and position, adjust and set the machine in a level

3、本機配備壓縮空氣管接頭，請將壓縮空氣管（8mm）連接到三聯組合上，須遵守相關的安全規則。三聯組合調節至3Kg/cm2。

This machine is equipped with a compressed air pipe joint, please connect the compressed air pipe (8 mm) to triple combination, must comply with the relevant safety regulations. Triple combination adjustment to 3 kg/cm2.

4、為了避免不相容，機器電源線上沒有提供插頭，在接電之前確認供電電壓與機器參數要求相匹配。

5、連接機器電源線到主電源，機器必須安全接地，嚴格按電氣安裝的安全規則操作。

The power cord to the main power supply connection machine, the machine must be safe grounding, in strict accordance with the electrical installation of safety operation 

6、檢查不銹鋼水箱是否加滿水，加水請用另一容器向內注入，切不可拆下水箱。

7、基本操作Basic operation：

1）、打開主電源電閘，打開面板`電源開關`，`電源指示`燈亮。

2）、打開溫控開關，模具溫控顯示，開始加熱，數顯溫度控制器即顯示當前所檢測到的溫度。

3）、打開蒸汽開關，當溫度達到設定值即噴出蒸汽，再調整`蒸氣調節`，達到所需蒸氣強度。

五、接線注意事項Wiring matters needing attention

1、請確認輸入電源處于斷開狀態之后再接線，以免發生觸電及火災。

   Please make sure the input power supply in the disconnected state after wiring, lest produce an electric shock and fire

 2、必須接上地線，以免發生觸電及火災。

Have to be connected to ground, lest produce an electric shock and fire

3．請勿將輸出端子（U、V、W）接到交流電源上，以避免發生觸電及火災。

Do not use the output terminals (U, V, W) to the ac power, in order to avoid electric shock and fire

4、請確認產品的額定電壓與交流電源的電壓是否一致，以避免發生觸電及火災。

Please make sure the product of the rated voltage and ac power supply voltage is consistent, in order to avoid electric shock and fire

5、請使用專用緊固工具擰緊端子螺絲，以避免燒毀電器引起火災。

Please use the special fastening tools to tighten the screw terminal, in order to avoid burning electrical fires

6、電源和電動機的端子請使用R形壓緊式端子。

Power supply and motor terminal please use R clamp type ter

7、主電路接線后，一定要確認連接得是否牢固，否則一旦控制臺電路接線后會因電線的進出受到限制而不能重新擰緊主電路。

8、有關連接設備和電線尺寸等請參照使用手冊。

六、簡單故障排除Simple troubleshooting

1、整機無電The whole machine without electricity

1）、檢查電源開關是否打開。

Check that the power switch is on

2）、電源N相是否接通。Whether N phase plug in

3）、保險絲是否熔斷。If the fuse fusing

2、溫度達不到設定值Temperature reach the set value

 1）、電熱缺相，有部份電熱管損壞。

Some of electrothermal lack of phase, damage the electric heating tube

2）、溫度控制參數被錯誤修改。

Temperature control parameters have been modified

3、無蒸氣產生Generating steam

1）、檢查電磁閥是否損壞。

Check that the electromagnetic valve is damaged

2）、檢查電熱管是否損壞。

Check whether the electric heat pipe is damaged

七、維護保養及注意事項Maintenance and matters needing attention

機器好的維護與保養直接影響到它的使用壽命，也是順利生產的保障：

1、首先必須關閉電源，待完全停止方可進行維護工作。

You must shut off the power, to stop completely before maintenance work

2、每天清除工作臺面、橡膠帶上雜物及膠水，可用洗衣粉（切勿用天那水等強腐蝕性物質清潔）。

3、每周對傳動部件加注適量潤滑油。

4．每天檢查傳動部位蓋板是否蓋好，防止各處螺絲松動，以避免事故發生。

八、機器的拆毀The machine broke down

不管何時何地以何種理由拆毀機器，都須遵循保護公眾健康和不污染環境的基本原則。必須按照當地頒布的有關環保法令，對從機器上拆毀下來的所有部件作分門別類的適當處理，不可以隨意丟棄。如：

1、所有外殼、軟管、塑料或非金屬部件，必須拆卸并單獨處理。

All housing, hose, plastic or non-metallic parts, must be removed and treated separately

2、所有氣動元件和電子電器如開關、電動機、變壓器等，必須拆卸，拆卸后如果情況良好，可修理后繼續使用。

All pneumatic components and electronic appliances such as switches, motors, transformers, etc., must be removed, disassembled, if in good condition, can continue to use after repair 

3、機體及金屬部分拆卸后分類回收

The body and remove after recycling metal parts

4、機器里的液態、氣態物質可以回收利用的回收后須妥善保管，不可以再利用的須在適當的地點焚毀、深埋或是交給有關專業部門。
